CHILD POLICY
  • Children from 0 to 3 years old stay for free sharing the bed with parents (maximum of 2 children/room).
  • Children from 4 to 5 years old sharing the bed with parents incur an additional charge of 150,000 VND/child/night.
  • Children aged 6 to 11 years incur a 350,000 VND/person/night surcharge if sharing the bed; for children 12 years old and above, the adult surcharge is 650,000 VND/person/night.
  • Maximum 2 children per room.
  • Child surcharges are based on the child's year of birth, not the date of birth.
HOLIDAY AND FESTIVAL SURCHARGES
An additional charge of 150,000 VND/room/night applies during holidays and festivals, specifically:
  • New Year's Day (January 1, 2025)
  • Lunar New Year (January 27, 2025 – January 31, 2025, or from December 28th of the lunar calendar to the 3rd day of the Lunar New Year).
NOTES
  • Meals are served according to the hotel's menu. A minimum of 2 combos must be purchased.
  • Combo validity: January 1, 2025 – March 31, 2025.
  • VAT not included.
  • Please contact the hotel to reserve at least 10 days in advance; check-in availability depends on the hotel's availability at the time of booking.
  • The combo program is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for other promotions, and cannot be converted to cash.
  • Each booking is allowed one date change, with a minimum of 10 days' notice. The hotel will confirm the change based on room availability.
  • Any additional charges for children and other services (if any) will be settled at the hotel.
